  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz berries mixed frozen
  • 0.5 cup quinoa cooked
  • 0.5 tsp honey

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Depending on how sweet you want your smoothie, you can add more or less honey.
