Instructions
Wash the red currants and remove the stems. Set aside 4 of the prettiest ones for garnish.
Cut the blood orange in half and squeeze the juice into a blender.
Add the banana, lemon juice, red currants, milk, yogurt, honey, and sugar to the blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes to the blender and pulse until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish each with a red currant.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
