Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • 1 and ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. honey if desired

Instructions

  • Blend the items together in a blender. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add the honey; otherwise, leave it out.
  • until smooth, process.
  • Enjoy after adding to glasses.
