- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup diced apple
- 1 and ½ cups almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey if desired
Blend the items together in a blender. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add the honey; otherwise, leave it out.
until smooth, process.
