  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese Organic
  • 5 sprigs Parsley Organic

Instructions

  • Cucumber should be cut into 14 inch thick slices.
  • Hollow out each slice with a spoon to make room for the cottage cheese, taking careful not to go all the way through the slice.
  • Fill each cucumber slice with a little quantity of cottage cheese.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of parsley, and you're done!
