- 6 - 8 dry dates
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup water chilled
Dry dates should be soaked for 30 minutes in 1/2 cup of water.
Remove the dates from the water once they have softened, then save the water.
Add the dates to a blender after removing the seeds.
To create a puree, blend.
Puree into a basin after straining.
Mix thoroughly after adding honey and one cardamom powder.
Stir in the cold water.
Juice should be transferred to a serving glass.
Serve the dish with little cardamom powder on top.
