Instructions
In a large Dutch oven, combine the ground turkey, water, rice, and rosemary. Stir until the ground turkey is uniformly distributed throughout the stew; bring to a boil over high heat, then lower to a medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook for 5 minutes more after adding frozen veggies. Take from the heat and set aside to cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
