3/4 c. + 2 tbsp water 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp grapeseed oil or similar neutral oil 1/2 c. almonds raw 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh 3 tbsp. nutritional yeast 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp. bragg liquid aminos 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. coriander 1/4 tsp. paprika
In a high-powered blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend for one minute at a time. Increase the speed to high and blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate until needed. Sauce could separate. It's as good as new after a quick stir.
