Truffle Butter Recipe
One of my favourite black truffle recipes is this truffle butter. It is delicious on so many different things!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons truffle pate
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Use a fork to combine butter and truffle pate in a small bowl.
Add salt gradually, tasting as you go to see if you need more.
Allow butter to stand at room temperature for 15–20 minutes to let flavours meld.
For up to 7 days, cover and store in the refrigerator.
