- 250 g Salmon Filet cut in big chunks
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Blackened Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
For the glaze:
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Garlic Clove minced
Preheat the broiler in the oven (you can also place the rack of the oven as up as possible and set the maximum temperature).
Combine the salmon, salt, blackened seasoning, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Arrange the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Broil them for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven, flip them over, and broil for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Melt the butter with the honey and garlic.
Serve the bites with the glaze on top.
