Ingredients

  • 250 g Salmon Filet cut in big chunks
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Blackened Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

For the glaze:

  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Clove minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler in the oven (you can also place the rack of the oven as up as possible and set the maximum temperature).
  • Combine the salmon, salt, blackened seasoning, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  • Arrange the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Broil them for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven, flip them over, and broil for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Melt the butter with the honey and garlic.
  • Serve the bites with the glaze on top.
