Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • ½ cup crushed Schar Crackers
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Put parchment paper in a 13x9-inch baking pan and set it aside.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Create 24 (1 12-inch) meatballs out of the meatball mixture. Place the meatballs on your baking sheet 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 18 minutes with the lid off, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Serve hot.
