Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon oil. 
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • (Garlic mayo can be prepared six hours in advance. Cover and chill.)
