Ingredients

  • 2 packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 ½ cups diced onions
  • ¾ cup coarsely grated carrots
  • 1 ½ cups diced celery
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package herbed dry bread cubes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 325 F.
  • Cook sausage until well cooked and no longer pink over medium-high heat, turning regularly in a sizable saucepan or stockpot. Add the mushrooms, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; stir constantly for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly after transferring mixture to a large bowl. Pour into a 4-quart greased casserole.
  • For 60 minutes, bake with a cover.
