- 8 ounces fresh green beans
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicke
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic clove
Over high heat, place a cast iron skillet big enough to accommodate all the chicken.
Trim the green beans' stems, arrange them in a single layer on a dish, and microwave for one minute on high while the pan is heating.
Add a little of the Tuscan Fantasy Seasoning to the chicken.
Place the chicken in the pan with the seasoned side down once it is hot and raise the heat to medium-high.
To avoid having the seasoning burn, cook the chicken for 1 minute before turning it over to the unseasoned side. Give the chicken five minutes to fry.
Beans and a can of tomatoes should be added to the pan. To blend, stir.
Allow the mixture to boil for an additional 5-7 minutes to fully cook the chicken (verify at 160 degrees F with a meat thermometer.)
Stir in the balsamic mosto cotto* after adding it to the pan.
Serve warm.
