- 120g all purpose flour
- 50g Baking powder
- 12g Powdered sugar
- 2 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup vanila extract
In a large bowl, beat together 2 cups of powdered sugar with 1/2 cup of softened butter or margarine.
Add in a teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
Stir in the flour until well mixed
Pour the batter into prepared baking cups
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
Add your toppings you like.
