Ingredients

  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 50g Baking powder
  • 12g Powdered sugar
  • 2 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup vanila extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together 2 cups of powdered sugar with 1/2 cup of softened butter or margarine.
  • Add in a teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in the flour until well mixed
  • Pour the batter into prepared baking cups
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
  • Add your toppings you like.
