Ingredients

  • 6 Oysters retain half shell
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Get the talaba or oysters ready. After a thorough cleaning and washing, shuck the oysters.
  • Place the oysters in a baking dish and cover with boiling water.
  • Put the butter in a pan and heat it up to melting point.
  • Garlic that has been minced should be added and sauteed until it turns golden brown.
  • Add some garlic butter on top of each oyster.
  • Fill each oyster to the brim with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake the dish for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
