- 6 Oysters retain half shell
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs
Set the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Get the talaba or oysters ready. After a thorough cleaning and washing, shuck the oysters.
Place the oysters in a baking dish and cover with boiling water.
Put the butter in a pan and heat it up to melting point.
Garlic that has been minced should be added and sauteed until it turns golden brown.
Add some garlic butter on top of each oyster.
Fill each oyster to the brim with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake the dish for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
