Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add cornstarch to a large mixing bowl. Combine rice vinegar, corn syrup, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix in the ginger, garlic powder, salt, and ginger.
  • Whisk everything together until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture into a pan and heat for 5 minutes, or until it thickens.
  • The Asian zing sauce is finished! Toss in your fried wings, whether they're breaded or not.
