- 16 ounces salted peanuts dry roasted, divided
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 10 ounces peanut butter chips
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Coat the pan with nonstick cooking spray. Half of the peanuts should be added. Place aside.
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until completely combined.
Stir in the peanut butter chips until they are melted.
Cook until the marshmallows puff up. A minute or so.
Remove from the heat and pour into the prepared baking pan. Working quickly dispersed.
Finish with the remaining peanuts. Gently press down.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely set.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
