Ingredients

  • 16 ounces salted peanuts dry roasted, divided
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Coat the pan with nonstick cooking spray. Half of the peanuts should be added. Place aside.
  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until completely combined.
  • Stir in the peanut butter chips until they are melted.
  • Cook until the marshmallows puff up. A minute or so.
  • Remove from the heat and pour into the prepared baking pan. Working quickly dispersed.
  • Finish with the remaining peanuts. Gently press down.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely set.
  • Serve immediately and ENJOY!
