- 1½ cups dragon tongue beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon basil dried
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water. Let to come to a boil over high heat.
Put the beans in a steamer basket set over boiling water and steam for 3-4 minutes, or until soft.
Serve with the olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
