- 1 large green bell peppers
- 2 colored bell peppers red yellow or orange
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Set the oven to 425 °F.
Toss peppers with the remaining ingredients after cutting them into bite-sized bits.
Put in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until browned.
