  • Place the raw coriander seeds in a spice grinder. To help the spices distribute evenly, stop grinding after about a minute and shake the grinder. The seeds will grind to a fine, textured powder.
  • Use a spice funnel to help you transfer the ground coriander to a spice jar or other small airtight container. Keeping for up to six months
