  • ¼ cup Amla Chopped Indian gooseberry
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Lemon Small
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon Honey
  • teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Blend 14 cup of chopped amla, honey, salt, lemon juice, and 14 cup of water on low speed until smooth.
  • Through a metal strainer, filter. Add the final 1/4 cup of water, then strain once more.
  • Ready to serve.
