Ingredients

Crema:

  • cup plain yogurt
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • cup Mexican crema
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruit Salad:

  • 1 cup cantaloupe diced
  • 1 cup papaya diced
  • 1 cup red apple diced
  • 1 cup banana sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and crema. Add vanilla extract and stir until well incorporated.
  • Divide the cantaloupe, papaya, apple, and banana among four separate bowls. Fill the center of each bowl with strawberries. 1/8 cup granola, raisins, and coconut in each bowl
  • Pour 1/4 cup crema mixture over each fruit bowl.
