Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ spoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • Coconut oil spray
  • 1 begg beaten
  • 4 ripe mango
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  • Add the sugar, eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth and lump free.
  • Combine the chopped mangos into the dough mixture and stir to evenly distribute throughout.
    Transfer the dough onto the prepared pan and pat down using your hands until about ¾ inch thick
  • Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
