Mango bread contains these same qualities, along with more than two dozen other essential nutrients such as vitamin C, potassium, calcium, copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, and others.
Preheat oven to 350° F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
Add the sugar, eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth and lump free.
Combine the chopped mangos into the dough mixture and stir to evenly distribute throughout. Transfer the dough onto the prepared pan and pat down using your hands until about ¾ inch thick
Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
