Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup

Instructions

  • Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt should all be thoroughly blended in a large basin.
  • Put the ingredients in a shallow baking pan and form it into a loaf. On top, glaze it with ketchup.
  • The meatloaf should be baked for 55 to 65 minutes, or until well done. Before slicing, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
