  • cheese crackers Suitable; I used Aldi Gourmet Sea Salted crackers
  • Cream cheese Philadelphia or equivalent
  • honey mustard sauce Dill; see separate recipe

Instructions

  • Spread the cream cheese on the crackers. Unpeel a slice of smoked salmon and cut to size.
  • Place the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  • Spread a dollop of dill, honey mustard sauce on top.
