  • Saucepan


  • 2 large mangoes half-ripe
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp whole cumin
  • ¼ tsp anise ground
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 3 pieces Cinnamon stick -1/2 inch long
  • water hot
